Check a scanned receipt, or confirm a successful payment if the checkout page closed before showing the result.
Recover a payment by reference
If your payment completed but you never reached the result page, enter its Paystack reference and the email address used during checkout. This checks the existing payment; it does not charge you again.
Only successful transactions recorded after provider verification receive official receipts. A screenshot or unverified reference is not proof of payment.
